Where can I find the prices? See the individual litter pages for specific prices. Puppies range from $1200 to $3500 based on coloring, breed, and sex.
Why is a puppy listed at a specific price? Price depends on breed, coloring and sex. Solid colored puppies are cheaper than parti colored ones. Puppies that resulted from an artificial insemination or an outside stud fee are more expensive. Our dogs are raised in the best environment possible, which comes with great expenses on our part. In 2015 we built a brand new dog building which has running water and heat all year round for our mama dogs and puppies. The building even has its own sewer system. Our mama dogs are fed an expensive, but very healthy, raw meat diet. And during a puppies first 8 weeks while they are in our care many expenses arise including: shots, dew-claw removal, milk formula, puppy chow, toys, ENS and temperament testing, and any other unforeseen expense. Most money made is put back into our dogs to better future litter and the breed as a whole.
Spay and Neuter Contract: I require a spay and neuter contract, unless previously discussed and noted, for every puppy sold. Therefore, your puppy must be spayed and neutered by 18 months of age or he/she doubles in price. Paperwork and proof of spay/neuter is required. If a breeder is inquiring about purchasing a puppy for their own breeding program, the price of the puppy will be adjusted accordingly and further paperwork will arise.
Reservation Fee: There is a $200 reservation fee due at the time of your addition to a particular reservation list. This is a reservation fee not a deposit and it is non-refundable. Upon pickup, the $200 is taken off the total owed. If you have given Hermeierdoodles a reservation fee on a litter, and the color or sex you desire isn't available, your fee can be transferred to an upcoming litter if you wish. You can be placed on that wait list but not necessarily at the top of the list if other deposits have been obtained previously.
Lifetime Support: We want our buyers to be thrilled with their new furry family member. With proper care (raised inside a home), a quality diet, and basic obedience training, we guarantee your puppy will have a gentle disposition and sweet temperament. If you find that you must re-home a puppy/dog that you purchased from us, for any reason, please contact us first! Hermeierdoodles offers lifetime support for any puppy sold.
Genetic Testing: We test all of our adult dogs to make certain that they do not carry the following genetic conditions: Degenerative Myelopathy, Neonatal Encelopathy with Seizures, Progressive Retinal Atrophy type 1 and type 2, GM2 Gangliosidosis, Osteochondrodysplasia, and Von Willebrand Disease.
